Beginner's Salsa
When I started dancing two years ago I never thought I would fall in love with it. As a sports person, I did not thing that dancing would be something that would attract my attention to the level I would like to teach it. Latin dancing and especially salsa has changed my whole perspective on this. These past two years I have learnt to move my body in ways I did not know how to. Dancing allowed my overthinking mind to get rid of all the worries and stresses I have around me and has given me the chance to travel and meet artists from all around Scotland and the world. My task this year as part of the AUDS salsa tutors is to share this whole new world with people who have or have not yet experienced it and hopefully make them fall in love with it too
